Canada offers citizenship via naturalization or by birth in Canada.

To apply citizenship, you must hold valid permanent resident status in Canada and your PR status must not be in questions. 

 

The applicant must have lived in Canada for 3 out of 5 years, and filed taxes at least 3 years during the 5 years. If the applicant is between 18-54 years old, the minimum CLB 4 of language skill and a citizenship test also required.
